This illness normally is cause by bacteria infection! Quickly change your filtrate of your filter and wash your tank and all other equipments. Avoid using salt bath on the fish as all arrowana is allergic to salt, they may die. After you change water already, get those dark water solution specially for arrowana from aquarium shop and remember to change 40% of the water fortnightly.
