Actually, itz jsut dependable, from my experience even ppl livin western which is eng speakin country but still if they mostly dun hang out with eng speakin ppl then still itz make no difference.
yes, agree with your saying but at least you have the chance to learn and use everyday.
but if you don't have the right mentality you couldn't do it well even you have the best tutor and materials.
